The JVD Process demonstrates that business is always personal.  It personally affects the owners, shareholders, employees, and customers of every business.  We believe the only way to build community stronger is to work with people directly.  We will always prefer to see a project in person, and walk you through the final plan in person.  Emails are great for tracking decisions and progress along the way, and phone calls are much better for discussions than email, but business is between people in businesses.
